BOY London is to launch their Spring/Summer 17 campaign, featuring an original iridescent collection to be stocked by Selfridges online and in-store.
The label – set up in 1979 by Stephane Raynor – has long been the go-to for the underground scene, creatives and artists. From Punks to the New Romantics, BOY London has served its unique attitude to four diverse decades of youth culture.
Inspired by classic sportswear silhouettes and designed for functionality the Spring/Summer 17 collection broaches new technology, using multifaceted, flash-lighting activated material called 3M that forms a changing luminous colour effect as it moves or is seen from different angles. The iconic BOY London eagle logo remains, standing proud as the background to many of the pieces in the collection.
Our favourite pieces are the leggings with incandescent side stripes running down the legs and a leather bomber jacket with contrasting panels; perfect for both looking stylish at the gym or for catching the light at a summer music festival!
