North Pole
Creamy, chocolatey, ridiculously indulgent goodness with ginger and a kick of vodka!

Ingredients:

  • 4oz vodka
  • 2oz Kahlúa
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 3 teaspoons of molasses
  • 1/8 of a teaspoon of ginger
  • ½ cup of cream
  • Whipped cream, mini candy canes and gingerbread cookies to serve (optional but recommended!)

Jingle Juice Punch
A simple, sweet and cheerfully pink concoction perfect for large gatherings…student Christmas parties come to mind!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of whipped vodka
  • 1 bottle of sparkling rosé or pink champagne
  • 1 bottle of cherry cola
  • Frozen cranberries to garnish

Jack Frost
For all you piña colada fans in December; who says coconut and pineapple are only for the beach?!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • ½ cup of light rum
  • ½ cup of blue curacao
  • ½ cup cream of coconut
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Shredded coconut to garnish

Christmas Sangria

Fresh and fruity, Christmas Sangria is a welcome contrast to all the heavy Christmas fare!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bottles of Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay
  • ¾ cup of sparkling apple cider
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of cranberries (halved)
  • ¾ cup of cranberries (whole)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple (chopped)
  • 3 rosemary sprigs

Spiced Apple and Ginger
This delicious non-alcoholic drink is perfect for warming up after a cold winter’s walk; just heat up the apple juice on the hob to a simmer, then add spices and ginger ale to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 300ml cloudy apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 star anise (optional)
  • 300ml ginger ale
